Every piece leaves my studio in perfect condition and is packed the same way I hand pieces to cruise passengers at the Sydney port: travel-tough and ready for the journey. If anything ever falls short of your expectations, I’ll make it right.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact me within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No restocking fees, no hassle, just return it in its original packaging and I’ll take care of the rest.
Shipping

All orders ship from Sydney, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.

North American shipping via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (your choice at checkout).

Small items (ornaments, tea-lights, bowls, etc.) ship in crush-proof boxes with plenty of cushioning.
Typical delivery times (after your piece comes out of the kiln and cools):
Canada: 3-10 business days
USA: 5-14 business days

Damaged in Transit?
It almost never happens, but if it does:

Take photos of the box and the piece right away.

Email me the photos within 48 hours of delivery to info@fusedglassbybrentharding.com (or text them to 1-902-733-2174).

Keep everything - box, packing, and piece - until we sort it out.
I’ll ship a replacement the same week (or issue a full refund if you prefer). You’re never out of pocket.
