Welcome to fusedglassbybrentharding.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and all purchases made here.
1. General
By placing an order you agree to these terms. All artwork is handcrafted by Brent Harding in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. Each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, and metal inclusions are normal and part of what makes your piece one of a kind.
2. Ordering & Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Made to order and custom pieces may require a 50% non refundable deposit.
3. Production Time
Most in stock items ship within 3 to 7 business days after cooling from the kiln. Custom and made to order pieces typically take 4 to 8 weeks, and you will receive updates throughout the process.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details are outlined on our Shipping, Returns & Guarantees page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the piece is handed to the carrier or collected at the Sydney cruise port.
5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
Full details are on our Shipping, Returns & Guarantees page. In short: 30 days, full refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied (custom commissions excepted after production begins).
6. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on this site are the property of Brent Harding. Purchase of artwork does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fused Glass by Brent Harding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
